Casa Paraiso Resort offers many things that make it an ideal place to have a safe vacation during these challenging times. Wide open spaces, well ventilated rooms, a private dock, balconies, and patios.
We are very pleased to inform you that Casa Paraíso, in Xcalak QR, obtained a Certification in Health Protection and Prevention in Tourist Facilities from the State Secretariat of Tourism.
We follow ALL health protocols established by the state and federal authorities, along with the global protocols "Safe Travels" through the World Travel / Tourism Council (WTTC). This will ensure that we are doing our part to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Our staff has been trained to operate with the recommended hygiene measures to reduce the spread of COVID 19.
In this new “normal”, we prioritize you and your family's safety and comfort.
